Which Wool Cover Fits My Baby?
All SweetPea wool covers are sized by baby weight. Use the table below to find the best match, then read the fit tips underneath — because a great fit isn't just about the numbers.

Age ranges are a guide only — every baby grows differently. Always fit to weight first.
Fit Tips
- Slightly loose is fine. If the OSFM looks a little roomy on your newborn, that's normal and built-in — it will grow with your baby and maximise the life of the cover.
- Stature matters. A chunky baby may move up a size sooner; a long, lean baby may wear a size longer. Check leg and waist fit, not just weight.
- Overnight & heavy wetters: Move to the Night & Toddler Plus once your baby needs a lot of absorbency at night — the extra-wide bum coverage fits over bulkier inserts and fitted diapers.
- Rise snaps: Each cover has multiple rise snap settings. Start on the smallest rise and move up as your baby grows — you'll get months of extra wear.
- Crossover snaps on the OSFM help close the waist gap on newborns for a trim, leak-free fit.
